Cancellation Policy

A refund of deposit, less $150 service fee, will be made once vacancy is filled. A refund will not be given if a cancelation is made less than

14 days of your check-in date. No shows or cancellations made within 24 hrs of booking will be charged the full amount.

Housekeeping Policy

We take great pride in having a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy. We ask for your cooperation in keeping the beach and shared grounds tidy and free of personal items while not in use.

Basic cottage rules and check out instructions will be emailed in advance and a copy left in the cottage for your reference.

Please note the following charges:

• $250 charge for extra cleaning fee if the cottage is left a mess
• $500 charge for smoking indoors
• Variable fee for property/equipment damage

Pets

We do not allow pets. Please call or email if you require the name of a nearby Kennel.

Visitors and Overnight Guest

The number of guests must be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional guests must be pre approved.

Daily visitors are $20 per person.

Additional overnight guests $50 per person per night.

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check in time is between 4-9 pm, and check out 10am

Late checkout fee $100 per hour

Early check in fee $100 per hour
